Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable DMV Title Clerk to join our dealership team! This individual will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle sales are processed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also be responsible for verifying ownership and completing title transfers. This role often involves maintaining accurate records, providing customer service, and staying updated on DMV regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle title, registration, and post-sale paperwork from start to finish
- Work with lenders, DMV, and partners to process funding and finalize deals
- Track titles and follow up to make sure everything gets completed on time
- Support the sales team and help keep deals running smoothly
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
