Do you eat, sleep, and breathe motorcycles? Want to turn that passion into a career? Our dealership is looking for a high-energy Powersports Sales Representative to join our crew. This isn’t your average sales job — you’ll spend your day around bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides, helping fellow riders find their dream machines.
If you’ve got sales skills, great people skills, and love the powersports lifestyle, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hanging out with riders and helping them pick their next adventure machine
- Answering questions about bikes, specs, gear, and financing (basically, talking shop all day)
- Building long-term relationships with customers who share your passion
- Using our CRM tools to stay connected with leads and past buyers
- Negotiating deals and celebrating with customers when they roll out on their new ride
What We’re Looking For
- Motorcycle/powersports experience (M1 license required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Prior sales or dealership experience a plus (but not required if you can sell ice to an Eskimo)
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to hustle

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

We're are a leading and trusted motorsport vehicle dealership in Sacramento with Northern California's largest inventory of pre-owned power-sport vehicles for sale. Our vehicles are each individually tested using rigorous standards to ensure quality products and a positive customer experience. We sell motorcycles, side-by-sides, and power boats in addition to aftermarket and OEM parts and accessories, all available at our warehouse. We also offer trade-in and purchase programs for customers looking to sell their power-sport vehicles.
